Ankeny Track & Field Club is open to any athlete, ages 9-18. Athletes do not need to be a resident of Ankeny or attend Ankeny Community School District.
We offer two levels of participation: a recreational club and a competitive club. Recreational club is designed to introduce track and field skills or for athletes who want a shorter season. Competitive club is designed to support the serious athlete who chooses to participate in USATF and/or AAU qualifier meets for the chance to compete in the National Junior Olympic Championships.
Middle and high school athletes are welcome to join us after their school season ends.
Registration fees:
All athletes, recreational and competitive, must have a USATF membership to participate for insurance purposes. Please wait to obtain your membership until you have successfully registered. These fees cannot be reimbursed.
Families registering multiple athletes receive a $15 discount per additional sibling registration. Siblings must be registered at the same time for the discount to be applied. Refunds will not be issued for canceled registrations. Please note there is a processing fee for registration.
If an athlete wishes to change club registration (i.e., recreational to competitive club or competitive to recreational club), please see Coach Alecia by Mid May.
Financial assistance is available. Please contact us at ankenytrackclub@gmail.com.
